Lion and Chough Regatta
The Lion and Chough Regatta is the most recently formed of the Oxford regatta line-up, being the recent brainchild of a few college rowing enthusiasts at Balliol and Teddy Hall.
It follows a similar set up as Nephthys Regatta, previously run by OULRC, providing both novice and senior racing across two days.
Falling at the end of 6th Week, the regatta acts as excellent race preparation ahead of Tamesis the following week, while giving newly recruited novices their first opportunity to put their training into practice and show everyone what they can do across an 800m course.
