Henley Campaign 2017

Building on a successful Summer Eights Campaign, BCBC entered a composite men’s 8 into the qualifier’s for the Temple Challenge Cup at Henley Royal regatta. 4 rowers and a cox from our Eights M1 joined with 4 rowers from St Catherines College. Unfortunately the qualification attempt was unsuccessful in the face of extremely stiff competition, though our crew did complete the course in a faster time than Jesus College, Oxford, who had also won blades at Summer Eights.
